Delete your VIPAD account
You can delete your VIPAD account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it in the app
- Open VIPAD and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Settings, then Privacy and data.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account and your sign in record
- Your Beauty Profile, products, routines, goals and appointments
- Your tool results, their photos and your Beauty History
- Your Beauty AI conversations
- Your Credit and Beauty AI Message balances and ledgers
- Your consent records and support tickets
What is kept
- Records of store purchase events, with your VIPAD account removed from them
- A one way fingerprint of the deleted account with the deletion date
- Operation statistics without your identity, and administrator audit entries
- Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their terms
Cannot open the app?
Write to the address below from the email address of your VIPAD account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request with you and answer within 30 days at the latest.
