VIPAD Terms of Service

1. Who we are

VIPAD is the name of this service and of the operator that offers it. Contact, for any question about these terms or your account: board@vipad.app. VIPAD is not a registered company yet. If that changes, a new version of these terms will say so, and the app will show it to you before you continue.

By creating an account you accept these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled, and the Beauty Tools Data Processing and Photo Consent covers the photos and videos you choose to use in Beauty Tools.

2. Who can use VIPAD

• You must be at least 16 years old.

• One person per account. Keep your sign in email secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. What VIPAD does

• VIPAD helps you keep track of your beauty products, routines, goals and appointments, find beauty salons and ask VIPAD Beauty AI questions.

• Beauty Tools create a result from a photo, a video or a description you choose, such as a skin analysis, a hair colour preview or an edited photo. Results are produced automatically by our technology providers.

• Results, explanations and Beauty AI answers are cosmetic guidance. They are not a medical diagnosis or advice and do not replace a doctor or a dermatologist.

• A preview shows how a change might look. It is not a promise of how a product, treatment or procedure will turn out.

4. VIPAD Credits and Beauty AI Messages

• Beauty Tools are paid with VIPAD Credits. The price of each tool is shown before you start, and you confirm it before anything is charged. If a tool does not produce a result, the Credits are returned.

• VIPAD Beauty AI uses Beauty AI Messages: one message for each reply. Messages are separate from VIPAD Credits.

• Buying VIPAD Credits is not available at the moment. When it opens, Credit packs are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are processed by them, and refunds follow the refund rules of the store you bought from. Credits you were given by VIPAD are free.

• VIPAD Credits do not expire. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for money, except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Your content

• Use only photos and videos of yourself, or of another person aged 16 or over who has agreed. Never use a photo or video of anyone under 16.

• You keep your rights in what you upload and in the results made from it. You allow VIPAD to process them only to provide the service to you.

• Do not use VIPAD, including face swap and generated pictures or videos, to deceive, impersonate, harass, sexualise or harm anyone, or to break the law.

• Pictures and videos made or edited by AI are labelled as such. Do not present them as unedited photographs of a real event.

6. Salons and third parties

Salon information comes from Google Maps and from salons that pay for a disclosed placement. VIPAD does not book, provide or guarantee any salon service. Links to other apps and websites are governed by their own terms.

7. Changes, interruptions and ending

• We may change or pause features, including a Beauty Tool, for example when a provider changes its service. Credits you already hold stay on your account.

• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it ends these terms for you.

• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, after telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

8. Liability

VIPAD is provided with care, but automated results can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, VIPAD is not liable for decisions you make based on a result. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without taking away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in Türkiye, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts. Please contact board@vipad.app first; we answer every complaint.

10. Changes to these terms

When we publish a new version, the app shows it to you before you continue. Earlier versions are kept.
