A woman at a bright vanity table thinking about her skincare

A good esthetician does not start with a product. She starts with questions. What is your skin like, what do you use now, what bothers you most, and what have you already tried? Only then does she suggest anything.

Beauty AI in VIPAD is built around the same order of work. It is a chat, but not a general one. It answers from what you have shared in VIPAD, and when something it needs is missing, it tells you and asks instead of guessing.

What Beauty AI can see

Before it answers, Beauty AI looks at the parts of VIPAD you have filled in. The more you use, the more personal the answer becomes, but none of them is required to start a conversation.

  • Your Beauty Profile: skin type, concerns and sensitivity, hair type, preferred brands, ingredient sensitivities and budget.
  • Results you approved: after an analysis such as Skin Analysis or Personal Color Analysis, you choose which results join your Beauty Profile. Beauty AI uses only what you approved.
  • My Products: the products you own, the ones you finished, and whether they worked for you.
  • Your routines and goals: the steps you already follow and what you are working toward.

If you have only filled in your profile, Beauty AI works from that. If you have no analysis yet, it can still talk through your routine and your products, and it says so when a question would need a reading it does not have.

Why it asks before it answers

General advice is easy to give and easy to get wrong. A light gel that suits oily skin can feel too thin on dry skin, and an exfoliating serum one person loves can sting someone with sensitive skin.

So when Beauty AI is missing a fact such as your skin type or a sensitivity, it asks first. A short question now saves you from a suggestion that never fit. You can answer in the chat, or add the detail to your Beauty Profile so you do not have to repeat it next time.

Products that fit, starting with your own shelf

Because Beauty AI can see My Products, it starts from what you already have. Sometimes the most useful answer is that you do not need anything new. When a product would genuinely help, it can suggest one from the VIPAD Store that fits your profile and results.

You can add a suggested product to your Favorites straight from the chat. That buys nothing and does not add anything to My Products, so your shelf stays an honest list of what you own.

Routines work the same way. Ask for a simple evening routine and Beauty AI drafts one from the products you own, in a sensible order. You decide whether to save it as a routine and follow it.

It opens the right tool, with your answers filled in

Some questions are better answered by a tool than by a chat. If you ask which colors suit you, Personal Color Analysis gives a more grounded answer than any guess. In cases like this, Beauty AI can open the right tool with the answers from your conversation already filled in.

Nothing runs on its own. You see the prepared answers, change anything you like, and the price in Credits is shown on the tool's page before anything starts. If you prefer to choose everything yourself, you can.

Good questions to ask

The best questions are specific and about you. These tend to work well:

  • What should I do with my skin tonight?
  • Which of my products should I use today?
  • Which of my products should I stop repurchasing?
  • Can you explain my latest Skin Analysis and suggest a simple daily routine?
  • What could give me the biggest result within my budget?
  • I want to add one new product. Which step of my routine would it change?
  • What should I focus on next?

One habit helps with any expert, human or not: add context in one line. "My skin feels tight after cleansing in winter" gets a far better answer than "dry skin help".

A short look at how Beauty AI answers from your own skin, products and routines.

Messages, Credits and privacy

VIPAD has no subscription. Opening Beauty AI is free, and each question you send uses one Beauty AI Message. Every VIPAD Credit you buy comes with one message. If a question cannot be answered because of an error, no message is used.

Your conversations are private to your account. You can archive a conversation, restore it later, or delete it at any time.

Where its limits are

Beauty AI gives cosmetic and beauty guidance. It does not diagnose or treat any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for a doctor. If you describe something that may need urgent medical care, it tells you so instead of offering a routine.

A rash that spreads, pain, swelling, or a mole that changes are questions for a doctor or a dermatologist. Beauty AI can help you prepare what to ask, but not answer for them.

It also knows only what you keep up to date. Mark products as finished when they run out, adjust your profile when your skin changes, and remove results that no longer describe you. A personal esthetician remembers your last visit. Beauty AI remembers what you have shared.
